Of good appearance, with many years of experience in accounting firms with the following duties:
- preparation and sending, independently, of paperwork to the Business Registry and by means of Entratel to the Internal Revenue Service, use of Internal Revenue Service tax drawer;
- reception, customer reception and switchboard management;
- general secretary (agenda management, mail sorting, PEC management);
- vendor management, Studio billing and related collection management;
- management of the Firm’s books and files;
- Administrative support to the Firm’s accounting (first note management and basic accounting entries).
Requirements:
Qualification: Accounting degree or equivalent
Field of origin: Accountancy firm
Computer skills: Excellent use of PC, Office package: Word, Excel, e-mail.
Personal characteristics: organized and precise person.
Offer:
Level of employment and proposed salary: Permanent contract, salary in line with experience (CCNL Trade and Services Contract)

Requirements:
- undergraduate or graduating senior
- general knowledge of corporate and tax law and accounting principles
- word-processing predisposition and summary and descriptive skills, essential features for drafting expert reports, tax opinions, supplementary notes, corporate minutes, circulars and articles, etc.
